Job summary

Beauty Industry Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for the Northwest region. This remote role focuses on building and managing distribution partnerships with salons, distributors, and beauty networks across the Northwest.

The ideal candidate will travel ~75% to cover Seattle, Portland, and Denver markets, driving channel strategy and market expansion while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within beauty/haircare/CPG.
• Proven success with beauty distributors and salon channels.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities within professional beauty distributors and salon networks.
• Manage and grow distribution partnerships to drive sell‑in and sell‑through.
• Lead channel strategies, quarterly business plans, and promotions with internal teams.
• Cultivate relationships with distributor reps, salon decision‑makers, educators, and beauty pros.
• Coordinate education and product launches with distributors and staff.
