Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Business Development Manager to translate strategic opportunities into growth for Fortify Building Solutions. You will drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other functions, and establish processes to prospect new Commercial Roof & Wall opportunities and secure specifications to drive revenue.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, or strategic account management.
• Strong knowledge in technical oriented product selling and ability to influence customers.
• Understand marketing concepts and sales process to select best product solutions.
• In-person presentation skills required and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Willingness to travel 50% and work across Commercial, Industrial and Institutional sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the strategic plan to grow CRW through product specification penetration in multiple sectors.
• Identify new sectors and expand opportunities; position Fortify Building Solutions as market leader.
• Establish data insights processes and use tools like Dynamics, ConstructConnect, Dodge, SpecLink.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering and Sales to update docs and meet testing requirements.
• Attend customer meetings and deliver lunch-and-learn presentations; travel as needed.
