MCFT is hiring a Business Development Executive in the UK. Location options include Leeds, Manchester, York, Newcastle, Falkirk or remote, with full-time permanent contract. The role focuses on booking meetings for field-based BDMs, prospecting new clients, and supporting CRM and tender activities.

The successful candidate will be target-driven, experienced in telesales, and comfortable with cold calling, presentations, and building client rapport to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a similar role with meeting bookings and new business
• Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated with ambition to exceed targets
• Comfortable with cold calling, phone presentations and quick rapport building
• Ability to handle objections and challenging situations with professionalism
• Strong attention to detail to maintain CRM accuracy and procedures
• Experience with IT programs and CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and prospecting new potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Setting up appointments for BDM to meet with potential customers
• Track weekly progress to hit meeting targets
• Support tender opportunities and help compile documentation and presentations
• Assist in generating quotations and maintain CRM data accuracy
