Job summary

Task Talent Recruitment Ltd is seeking self-motivated Business Development Representatives and Appointment Setters for UK clients in a fully remote, commission-based freelance role.

You will source high-value commercial clients, conduct multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), and secure qualified meetings for our senior delivery team. Set-and-Close option available with higher commission potential.

Qualifications

• Proven background in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or B2B sales.
• Excellent telephone presence and articulate written communication.
• Independent contractor capable of managing a sales pipeline.
• Based in the UK with knowledge of UK telemarketing regulations (CTPS, PECR) or willing to learn during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and target key decision-makers across UK businesses using approved datasets.
• Execute outreach campaigns via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn networking.
• Qualify inbound/outbound commercial leads and schedule discovery calls for the recruitment team.
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial contact to candidate placement.
• Maintain transparent record-keeping and pipeline status updates within our CRM.
