Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a remote Business Development Coordinator to support Battery Energy Storage and High Voltage opportunities.

The role focuses on coordinating workflows, managing client data rooms, and tracking RFPs across cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in business development or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; postsecondary certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in business development, sales support, project coordination, construction, engineering, or renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers in pursuing new project opportunities by coordinating and tracking workflows.
• Manage client data room access and downloads, ensuring timely distribution to internal stakeholders.
• Submit and track internal system setup requests for client portals and configure opportunities.
• Track incoming RFPs and client requests, prioritizing actions and flagging risks to meet deadlines.
• Assist in Go/No-Go documentation synthesis and provide informed recommendations.
• Schedule and coordinate client-facing and internal meetings with agenda and follow-ups.
• Track and manage client pipeline requests with cross-functional teams for timely submissions.
• Support proposal development by entering CRM data and maintaining data integrity.
• Prepare, submit, and manage budgetary pricing requests with estimating team.
