Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support its Battery Energy Storage and High Voltage initiatives. This fully remote role focuses on coordination, tracking, and administrative support to pursue new project opportunities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in renewable energy. Travel up to once a month may be required, and candidates must be US-authorized to work without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree or certificate in related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in business development, sales support, project coordination, construction, engineering, or renewable energy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers in pursuing new project opportunities through coordination, tracking, and admin workflows.
• Manage client data room access and distribution of materials to internal stakeholders.
• Submit and track internal system setup requests for client portals and opportunity configuration.
• Track incoming RFPs and client requests, prioritize actions, and flag risks to meet deadlines.
