Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking entrepreneurial, self-motivated individuals for a 100% remote, independent-contract life insurance sales role across the United States. You will manage your own pipeline, set appointments, and guide clients through enrollment with support from experienced mentors.

Applicants should be licensed or plan to get licensed before first sale, be at least 18, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• State life insurance license or plan to obtain before first sale.
• Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Experience freelancing, running a business, or working independently is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline of people who’ve requested information
• Set your own appointment schedule and conduct calls by phone or video
• Explain options and guide clients through the application process
• Own each case through underwriting and keep the client updated
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM
• Participate in ongoing training and compliance
