Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach through multiple channels to engage Chase Business Banking clients and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Collaborate with service teams to resolve issues, follow up on survey feedback, and escalate when needed.
• Understand clients' cash flow and transactions to recommend cash management, card, payment, and credit options.
• Identify client goals and connect them with bankers or specialists across lines of business.
• Follow risk management protocols and comply with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
