Job summary

Norton Healthcare, Inc. is actively seeking a Senior Business Applications Systems Analyst Epic - Hospital Billing (HB) for a fully remote role. You will define scope, analyze needs, and guide complex HB Epic initiatives across the organization.

The role requires five years of systems experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and EPIC certification (to be obtained within six weeks of Epic training). You will lead projects, mentor analysts, and coordinate with physicians and vendors.

Qualifications

• Five years experience designing, building and supporting systems applications.
• Bachelor Degree
• EPIC Certification/Accreditation: Must obtain EPIC credential through either certification or accreditation within six weeks of completing Epic training.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives based on user needs for HB Epic projects.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering system limits and expected results.
• Lead the team as assigned by management; provide guidance and training to junior analysts.
• Serve as liaison for computer vendors, physicians and facilities during implementation, maintenance and education of HB Epic systems.
