CookUnity is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead the Analytics team and shape the data-driven growth and retention roadmap. You will partner with Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to translate questions into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.

The role blends leadership with hands-on analysis, guiding the team while tackling the highest-stakes questions about customer behavior, pricing dynamics, and product optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business, growth, or product analytics, with a track record of analysis that changed decisions - not just dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Business Analytics team with clear priorities.
• Own stakeholder management across Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations.
• Design and read out experiments; measure with rigor.
• Own forecasting and goal-setting to guide leadership targets.
• Maintain quality via peer-review and executive-level sign-off.
• Set standards for rigor, reproducibility, and prioritized insights.
• Collaborate with Data Science & Engineering to ensure needed data and tooling.
