Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis in procurement, sourcing, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial impact assessment.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering and process optimization.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and agentic workflows.
• Experience analyzing enterprise systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify, validate, and prioritize business use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement operations and workflows.
• Analyze current and future state processes, identify gaps and impacts.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and flows.
• Evaluate AI opportunities across procurement and media functions.
• Conduct data flow analyses, integration assessments, and tech landscape reviews.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and define KPIs.
• Create process maps and executive-ready documentation.
• Support backlog refinement and traceability throughout delivery.
• Work with customers and partners to ensure successful solutions.
