Job summary

Aeologic Technologies in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and define technology solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. This remote role supports US-based clients and distributed delivery teams.

You will translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements, collaborate with technical teams, and assist with testing, UAT, and validation throughout Agile projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Proficiency creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
• Strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Able to work with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Excel/PowerPoint and distributed remote work.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate needs into user stories and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define practical solutions.
• Create process flows, reports, and requirement documents.
