Ladders is seeking an AI Procurement Domain SME to work remotely in the United States. You will partner with senior procurement leaders to shape priorities, translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, and support engagements from discovery through deployment.

This highly client-facing role focuses on improving procurement performance, strengthening compliance, and demonstrating measurable value through data-driven business cases, KPI baselines, and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of procurement consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing and SRM.
• Familiarity with SAP or Coupa.
• Knowledge of AI applications in procurement workflows.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CPOs to understand transformation priorities.
• Lead workshops to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Develop business cases, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrate AI's impact on procurement metrics like savings and compliance.
• Serve as the lead SME during client engagements from design to deployment.
• Define business requirements and success criteria for procurement processes.
• Establish KPI baselines and track realized value against business cases.
