EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support modernization efforts from Salem, OR with remote work options. The role involves eliciting business needs, documenting processes and requirements, and assisting with testing and implementation.

You will collaborate with program staff, senior analysts, technical teams, and vendors to convert stakeholder input into actionable documentation guiding delivery. Remote work is common, with occasional in-office needs near Salem.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering information from stakeholders via interviews, workshops, and research.
• Ability to translate findings into clear requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with maintaining traceability across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Gather information via interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research.
• Translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions.
• Help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Draft and maintain current-state/future-state process maps, SOPs, and system documentation.
• Prepare UAT test cases and participate in execution.
• Document results and communicate findings for review and resolution.
• Contribute to end-user training materials and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Observe workflow impacts and gather user feedback to support adoption.
