Job summary

eimagine is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work with clients and internal delivery teams to identify and implement requirements for projects.

The Senior BA defines, analyzes, validates, and documents business requirements, processes, and needs through modeling and design. You will lead client workshops, translate needs into actionable specs, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software delivery or maintenance, with experience in requirements elicitation and analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC, testing and validating solutions as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Microsoft CRM, Visio, Microsoft Project and SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as business analyst for medium to large projects with moderate to high complexity.
• Leads requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
• Creates client-centric focus to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering business solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and presentations.
• Ensure clear communication on project goals and progress.
• Recommend and implement process improvements based on best practices.
