Kvolve seeks a Business Analyst (Implementation & Solutions) to join our team. In a client-facing role, you will understand business needs, configure technology solutions, and drive adoption across capital programs and construction projects.

This remote position involves up to 50% travel and occasional meetings outside your local time zone; you will collaborate with project teams to deliver tailored outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis/implementation.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and map current/future processes.
• Lead requirement workshops and align on solutions.
• Configure and implement solutions per client requirements.
• Draft and maintain implementation materials (maps, design docs, test scripts, training content).
• Provide end-user training and ongoing project support.
