Bridgeway Benefit Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver multiple benefits administration projects, review stakeholder needs, and test configured software to ensure functionality.

This is a remote role with travel up to 30% and requires 3+ years in business analysis or software implementation, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software implementation.
• Experience with external clients is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to facilitate implementation, configuration, testing, and training of Bridgeway's software suite.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and design documents.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects, including eligibility files and module installations.
• Gather, validate, and communicate stakeholder needs in requirements-gathering sessions with end users, sponsors, and IT resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Bridgeway's products and capabilities.
