Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support software and business process solutions. You will gather and analyze requirements, engage stakeholders, document solutions, and support implementation and testing activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and manage multiple high‑visibility projects in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Experience documenting business requirements in professional services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business and software needs.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions, working meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, test documentation, and other solution documentation.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
