• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills for translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements in professional services environment.
• Proficiency with process modeling and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand needs.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, and test documentation.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Create and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating with stakeholders.
