Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of software and business process solutions by gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, documenting business and technical solutions, and supporting software implementation and testing activities. The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and manage multiple high-visibility, time-sensitive projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Support software development, testing, and implementation.
• Create and maintain user guides and design documents.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products like SharePoint, Tableau, Jira.
• Coordinate with technical teams on solution scope.
