Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a remote Business Analyst to support delivery of software and business process solutions. You will gather requirements, engage stakeholders, and translate needs for developers and testers while coordinating multiple projects in a federal-facing environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of business analysis experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Experience documenting business requirements in professional services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Visio for process modeling.
• Experience with data mapping and data cleansing.
• Familiar with user acceptance testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business and software needs.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and meetings.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain user guides, design documents, release notes, and SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products like SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Coordinate with technical teams across multiple projects.
