Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC seeks a Business Analyst to support software delivery and business process solutions. You will gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, document solutions, and assist testing and implementation.

Strong analytical and writing skills are essential for translating complex needs into actionable plans. The role requires collaboration with customers, developers, testers, and project leadership; remote work is supported, with eligibility for relocation if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business/IS.
• 2–5 years in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Experience documenting requirements in professional services environments.
• Proficiency with Visio for process modeling and documentation.
• Data mapping, cleansing, and gap analysis experience.
• Familiarity with UAT methodologies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand needs.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, diagrams, wireframes, documentation.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Create and maintain User Guides, Design Docs, Release Notes, SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products like SharePoint, Tableau, Jira.
• Define scope from customer requests and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects with clear stakeholder communication.
