The ideal candidate has strong analytical and writing skills, with experience translating complex needs into actionable requirements and collaborating with developers, testers, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling and documentation.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business and software needs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating with stakeholders.
