Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of software and business process solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, documenting business and technical solutions, and supporting software implementation and testing activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of business analysis experience in a professional services environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio for process modeling.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business and software needs.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, working meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, test documentation, and other solution documentation.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
