Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, creating user stories, and maintaining a master registry while coordinating with global stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience writing requirements for waterfall and agile.
• Proficiency designing process flows in Microsoft Visio.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create materials to analyze and explain requirements from a user experience perspective.
• Create and update process maps, Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and related artifacts.
• Translate high-level needs into detailed, testable requirements.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix linking each requirement to build objects and test cases.
• Run change control and assess scope and timeline impact before backlog intake.
• Obtain business signoffs at key stage gates.
• Document current state across regional performance management teams.
• Lead cross-regional sessions to drive alignment and standardization.
• Define an aligned future state with business SMEs and document it in process flows.
