Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Business Analyst for a remote contract engagement. The role will own requirements end to end, eliciting and documenting user stories, maintaining traceability to build objects and test cases, and securing stakeholder signoffs at stage gates.

You will reconcile disparate sources into a master registry and help standardize processes across regional teams. The candidate will have 5+ years of BA experience, expertise in waterfall and agile, and strong skills in Visio and

5+ years as a Business Analyst.
Experience writing requirements for waterfall and agile development.
Proficiency designing process flows in Visio.
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

Elicit requirements from stakeholders and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
Create materials to analyze requirements from a user experience perspective.
Document processes with maps, tables, slides and artifacts.
Translate high-level needs into detailed, testable requirements.
Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to link requirements to builds and tests.
Lead change control and assess scope and timeline impact."),
