Job summary

RTX is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, gather and document complex requirements, and support software applications throughout their lifecycle in a remote U.S. role.

You will facilitate discussions, prioritize backlog with product owners and developers, and ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum practices while maintaining meticulous records for re-certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience or 3 years with advanced degree.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
• Experience facilitating discussions among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
