Job summary

Metronet is seeking a Bulk MDU Account Executive to drive sales and manage bulk MDU accounts in Lubbock or Amarillo, TX. You will lead strategies, coordinate with developers and builders, and secure service agreements while overseeing launches and renewals.

The role requires 3+ years drafting contracts in real estate or property management, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to cover assigned territories.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in business, or related experience in multifamily housing or real estate
• Experience drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts at an executive level
• Ability to interact with C-suite and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategies to grow commercial customer base in multi-dwelling properties
• Build targeted sales approaches; research and market to Bulk MDU accounts
• Manage launch/renewal of internet, Wi-Fi and telephony at properties
• Develop partnerships with internal teams to maximize sales effectiveness
• Forecast revenue and assist in annual budget planning
• Travel up to 50% for field activities
