Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Building Engineer to maintain, operate, and troubleshoot building systems at its Baytree Headquarters in Melbourne, FL. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to service requests, and support multiple county locations across Volusia/Flagler/North Brevard/Orange.

A strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance background is essential. We require a four-year technical background, EPA 608 Universal certification, and a valid Florida

Qualifications

Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering.
Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance background.
EPA Section 608 certification (Universal) required.
Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.
HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot building systems.
Perform routine maintenance and service requests.
Inspect and repair lighting, plumbing, and HVAC components.
Record readings and ensure systems operate to standards.
Coordinate with facilities management leadership on location issues.
