Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Building Engineer in our Baytree Headquarters you will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting building systems. Your role will focus on performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring systems operate safely. This role will focus on Servicing Branch Locations in Volusia/Flagler/North Brevard/Orange Counties.

• Work closely with senior management to develop technical skills and participate in professional development programs.
• HS Diploma or GED required
• A valid Universal level EPA Section 608 certification is required.
• A valid Florida driver’s license with and an acceptable driving record is required
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of HVAC equipment and systems, plumbing, electrical, equipment repair and maintenance, and overall system design and application.
• 3-5 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
