Qualifications

• Experience in general contracting, construction, home remodeling, or mitigation.
• Hands-on experience with insurance-related repairs or claims estimating.
• Strong written communication skills for detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to assignments promptly, scheduling inspections within 24 hours.
• Conduct thorough onsite property inspections within 7 days of assignment.
• Prepare detailed photo reports and cost estimates within 7 days post-inspection.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, engineers, and claim adjusters.
• Act as an expert witness when required.
