Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a full-time Remote Monitoring Specialist I. In this role, you will monitor building automation systems remotely, provide customer service, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with local offices to service commercial building digital control systems.

You will work with Daikin branded or third-party controls, ensure safety policies are followed, and participate in ongoing training to develop new skills and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of equivalent education and experience.
• Technical training in building automation or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and professional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians.
• Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, and other reports timely.
• Explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
