Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training with 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Rotational Emergency Call Support as needed.
• Licensing or training as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer service to sustain long-term relationships.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians.
• Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, and other reports timely.
• Explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
