Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years education/experience combined minimum.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Experience with BAS, HVAC or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and professional customer service for BAS remote monitoring.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians.
• Record and report billing, timecards, and related documents promptly.
• Communicate status and technical details clearly to customers.
• Complete training and maintain required certifications.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
