Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of related education/experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians.
• Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, and other articles in a timely manner.
• Explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in available training and maintain required certifications.
• Ensure standards, policies, and procedures are upheld.
• Follow OSHA and Daikin Applied safety policies and procedures.
