Daikin Applied is seeking a Remote Monitoring Specialist I to monitor building automation systems from a remote location and support field technicians in Tennessee and beyond. The role emphasizes quick issue identification, clear customer communication, and ongoing skills development.

You will gain exposure to Daikin branded and third‑party BAS, with opportunities for certified training, online courses, and hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge HVAC controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in BAS, HVAC, or related industry.
• BACnet protocol fundamentals.
• Reading low voltage wiring diagrams and controls flow diagrams.
• OSHA 10 within 90 days of hire (training provided).
• Experience with common integration protocols (BACnet MST/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT).

Responsabilités

• Monitor building automation systems remotely and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians.
• Record and report billing, timecards, and service notes.
• Communicate statuses to customers clearly, both technical and non‑technical.
• Maintain required certifications and complete training modules.
