Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Jasper, Indiana, is seeking a Builder Channel Account Support Specialist who will work as an individual contributor and non-supervisory leader, documenting training materials and mentoring peers while assisting with project management.

You will resolve load concerns, manage IT programming related to BCS enhancements, review weekly KPIs, support operations, handle service orders, invoicing, pricing, and provide timely communication to customers and installers.

Responsibilities

• Understand OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and resolve load concerns.
• Manage IT programming related to BCS Enhancements and research.
• Input and review weekly KPI’s for the Customer Service team.
• Provide support to MasterBrand Operations team.
• Manage Service Order/3rd Party payment process.
• Answer calls from multiple customers with timely feedback per standards.
• Manage invoicing functions for all completed orders.
• Calculate prices, discounts, and margins based on established rates.
• Communicate proactively with customers and team members.
• Coordinate with plant and customers on quality issues.
• Lead investigations to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
