Job summary

Pathward is a hybrid, remote-office company increasing financial inclusion. We are seeking a Business Analyst to support BSA/AML initiatives through requirements gathering, intake and prioritization, reporting, and roadmap delivery.

You will manage an Azure DevOps board, collaborate with business and technology teams, and develop dashboards with Power BI to provide visibility into progress, risks, and key deliverables across programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage an Azure DevOps board to track project status, deliverables, dependencies, risks, testing activities, and overall progress.
• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, translate business needs into actionable work items, and support project delivery.
• Assist in managing intake and prioritization activities, partnering with stakeholders to assess business needs, define scope, identify dependencies, and align work with program priorities and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, estimates, and testing efforts.
• Facilitate quarterly planning sessions and roadmap reviews to align priorities, identify dependencies, support capacity planning, and forecast delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain project reporting, dashboards, and management updates, leveraging reporting tools to provide leadership visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, testing status, and key performance indicators.
• Support continuous improvement and program execution by enhancing processes, reporting, communication, and delivery effectiveness.
