Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a banking environment remotely. You will bridge business and IT through procedural writing, training, and cross-functional collaboration across reporting and process documentation.

The role involves maintaining lending platforms and owning commercial lending reporting with PowerBI, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting platform enhancements and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Prior experience with Sageworks/Abrigo
• Experience with T-SQL queries and SQL Server for automated reporting
• Background working in commercial lending, banking, or financial services
• Experience with Mortgage Cadence platform

Responsibilities

• Assist with reporting and process documentation across the business.
• Train end users on new procedures and tools.
• Maintain lending platforms and own commercial lending reporting with PowerBI.
• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
