Job summary

Pathward is seeking a Manager, Case Operations to lead the SAM case investigations within the BSA/AML and Sanctions Operations team. You will supervise analysts, oversee case dispositions, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations and OCC expectations.

You will partner with FCC, Data Analytics, and Technology to tune rules, improve processes, and maintain documentation, training, and governance across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CAMS certification preferred.
• Solid experience in BSA/AML operations, financial crimes investigations, and SAM programs within a regulated financial institution.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising analysts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of SAM case investigations, enhanced due diligence, and escalation activities.
• Manage case investigations from transaction monitoring systems and manual referrals.
• Own day-to-day performance across case volumes, aging, investigation quality, and regulatory responsiveness.
