Job summary

Privacy.com is hiring a Compliance Analyst to own day-to-day BSA/AML operations, including KYC/KYB reviews, sanctions screening dispositions, and transaction monitoring investigations. This remote role supports bank-partner reporting, policy development, and compliance technology projects across the US.

You will work with a focused team to drive risk management, improve processes, and ensure timely, accurate submissions to partner banks and regulators.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience in fintech or bank-partnered environments.
• Hands-on KYC/KYB review experience with CIP decisioning and documentation.
• Transaction monitoring and investigation experience with narrative writing.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations including CIP, CDD, OFAC obligations.
• Experience delivering regulatory/bank partner reports on recurring cadences.
• Strong analytical skills and precise case documentation.
• Self-starter able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC and KYB reviews with documented clearance rationale.
• Disposition sanctions screening alerts and maintain logs.
• Investigate transaction monitoring alerts and prepare UARs for bank submissions.
• Execute Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk customers.
• Prepare and submit bank partner reports including OFAC logs and metrics.
• Support 314(a) requests and law enforcement inquiries.
