Turing is seeking a Compliance Analyst to own the Know Your Customer (KYC) and identity verification program. You will review and adjudicate verification cases across regions, audit decisions, and help elevate policies and processes.

This is a high-volume, remote role requiring strong KYC/AML judgment and an ability to set the bar for reviewers worldwide. You will work remotely across time zones with stakeholders globally, ensuring accuracy and reducing fraud risk while maintaining compliance

• Review and adjudicate verification cases across regions, audit decisions and refine policy.

• Review and adjudicate KYC and identity verification cases across multiple regions, including document checks and liveness.
• Make independent, well-reasoned decisions on ambiguous/high-risk cases and escalate as needed with recommendations.
• Detect and act on identity and document fraud techniques, adapting to regional differences.
