Job summary

Thatch is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our US remote team. You’ll review marketing communications, monitor procedures, and assist with KYB, AML, and other regulatory tasks.

The ideal candidate has a few years of compliance or regulatory experience, strong writing, and exceptional organization. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Financial Partnerships to keep our program compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level compliance or regulatory operations experience.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Organized with ability to manage recurring workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing copy against policy and record files and approvals.
• Support monitoring and testing: gather evidence and track issues.
• Second-line review of onboarding and transaction monitoring, escalate as needed.
• Maintain compliance documentation and assist audits and examinations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Financial Partnerships.
• Assist with employee compliance training delivery and tracking.
