Qualifications

• 2+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience in fintech/payments.
• Strong analytical and written documentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to flexible PTO policies.

• Prepare UARs and bank partner reporting to examination-ready standards.
• Track compliance metrics and support audit/exam requests with organized documentation.
