Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to service-related concerns to brokers by phone, email, or chat.
• Answer inquiries regarding health plan or service issues and resolve errors.
• Coordinate complaint resolution across billing, enrollment, claims, benefits, and more.
• Assist with Portal and client Mobile apps and coordinate with other departments.
