Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Broker Concierge Sales and Service Associate II to deliver high-touch, specialized support to top brokers, agencies, and FMOs. You will own complex pre- and post-enrollment issues, guiding member onboarding, benefit explanations, billing questions, and service escalations to resolution.

Role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service or sales support experience required.
• Licensure in insurance not listed as required; familiarity with ODI/CMS regulatory knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve pre- and post-enrollment broker issues with first-call resolution or case management.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve broker and member inquiries.
• Document all broker interactions in databases for tracking and analysis.
• Assist members with selecting and enrolling in CareSource exchange health plan.
• Provide subject matter expertise on CareSource exchange plans and product lines.
