Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years claims/customer service experience or 1 year in an automated environment; or equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely responses to service-related broker concerns via phone, email, or chat to ensure high-quality service.
• Answers inquiries regarding health plan or service issues, investigates and resolves errors.
• Coordinates resolution of billing, enrollment, claims, benefits, or other service issues with relevant departments.
• Assists with Portal and client mobile applications and other online tools; completes simple transactions and coordinates needs with other departments.
