Job summary

Humana is seeking a Broker Relationship Manager to lead field sales resources in the assigned market and coordinate with national partners. The role emphasizes strategic market engagement, travel, and collaboration with directors and account executives.

The BRM will manage sales growth, utilize CRM tools and Office applications, and may relocate to San Diego, CA to support a regional focus. This remote position requires ~50% travel and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to have almost daily face-to-face interactions with field sales resources
• Active Health Insurance license within the stated region OR ability to obtain within 90 days
• 5+ years of sales experience (B2B, B2C)
• Prior experience using CRM tools, Sales/Marketing Resources, Microsoft Office with proficiency in TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting 25/25/10 coverage
• Must reside or be willing to relocate to the assigned region (San Diego, CA)
• This position requires approximately 50%+ travel with some overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Manage all available resources to help achieve sales growth, improve results and operational goals within the assigned market
• Coordinate with national partners to ensure a consistent Agent experience across markets
• Develop external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the Director and account executives
• Support external field sales resources and tele-sales executives
