Job summary

Clever Care Health Plan is seeking a Broker Sales Manager to drive enrollments via Agencies and Agents in our Southern California market. The role involves developing growth strategies, conducting face-to-face meetings, and training agents to meet RTS enrollment targets before AEP.

Qualifications

• Active California Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• Experience with Insurance Agencies/Agents is preferred.
• Experience working with seniors and low-income individuals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and increase the productivity of the Agency channel in the assigned market.
• Educate agents on Clever Care programs and ensure CMS compliance.
• Grow provider and community relationships to boost channel performance.
• Schedule, organize, and conduct sales and marketing presentations for prospects.
• Create a lead pipeline through provider partnerships and your network.
• Track and report campaign results, ROI, and weekly activity.
