Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Broker Relationship Manager to oversee external sales resources and drive market growth in a remote California role. You will coordinate field agents, agencies, and partners, while aligning with national strategies and leadership.

The position requires strong CRM, presentation, and communication skills and a readiness to travel. The BRM will engage with brokers to optimize sales performance, handle licensed requirements, and support a high-quality agent experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience (B2B, B2C) required.
• Active Health Insurance license in the region or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Must reside or be willing to relocate to the assigned region (San Diego, CA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel ~50% including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all available resources to achieve sales growth and improve results.
• Coordinate external field sales resources and partners within the market.
• Develop external market engagement and sales strategy with leadership for national alignment.
• Ensure a consistent Agent experience across markets with BRMs and partners.
